I'm looking for 1-2 roommates depending on how much they're willing to pay for rent.For a single it will be around $325 + Renter's Insurance. Utilities will be negotiated.For a double it will be around $250 + Renter's Insurance. Utilities will be negotiated.The house is at 705 12th Ave. in Greeley, 1.7 miles from the UNC campus, but a block off the bus route on 11th.The room being rented out is a really nice, carpeted basement with white walls and also has a bathroom and big closet.There's an awesome covered porch in the backyard perfect for BBQ's and nice front yard.There are wood floors through out the upstairs, a brightly painted kitchen and dining room, a nice living room and a front porch.I do have two cats and I am getting a dog. No additional pets allowed.Males or Females welcome.Outside or Non-smokers Only.Students Preferred.
